TechHarbor designs and supports practical automation, accounting workflows, and financial systems that help teams collect information, apply controls, prepare review-ready outputs, and keep recurring work visible. The exact scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, and deliverables for client work are defined in a written service agreement.

Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, website content and TechHarbor services are not legal, tax, audit, or investment advice.

Website inquiries

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to submit unlawful content, malicious code, credentials, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information through the public form. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee a response, reserve project capacity, or require either party to proceed. A client relationship begins only when both parties accept a written service agreement.

Client responsibilities

When services are governed by a written agreement, the client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information and approvals.
• Maintaining appropriate access controls and protecting account credentials.
• Reviewing outputs and decisions that require human judgment or approval.
• Using the services lawfully and following agreed security and operating procedures.
• Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, errors, or material changes to the workflow.

Privacy, confidentiality, and third-party systems

Our Privacy Policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled. Confidential client information is handled according to the applicable written service agreement. Some workflows may rely on third-party platforms selected or approved by the client. Those platforms have their own terms, availability, security controls, and privacy practices.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may not misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, probe security controls without written permission, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights. TechHarbor retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, software, templates, and general know-how. Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables are defined in the written service agreement.

Availability and limitation

Website information is provided for general business information and may change. We work to keep our systems reliable and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every workflow, integration, or output will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, TechHarbor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use. Any service-specific warranties, remedies, or liability limits are controlled by the applicable written service agreement.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update this website or these terms by posting a revised date. We may restrict website or app access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. Client-service suspension, termination, transition assistance, and data return are governed by the applicable written service agreement.
