Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including:

• The workflow, challenge, or outcome you describe in an inquiry.
• Business, account, and operational information needed to deliver contracted services.
• Necessary security, session, and diagnostic information used to operate and protect the website and app.

Please do not put financial account numbers, passwords, credentials, or other sensitive information in the public inquiry form.

How public inquiries are handled

A valid public inquiry is stored in TechHarbor's main application database so an authorized operator can review it and track follow-up. The app also sends an email notification containing the inquiry to [email protected]. The database record remains available if the email notification is delayed or unavailable.

Public inquiry records include the information you submit, the submission date, a source label, follow-up status, notification outcome, and a privacy-safe submission fingerprint used to prevent duplicate processing. We do not intentionally store the form's anti-spam field when it identifies an automated submission.

How we use information

• Review and respond to inquiries.
• Evaluate whether a requested workflow or service is a practical fit.
• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve contracted services.
• Send operational, support, security, and service-related communications.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights and systems.

We do not sell personal information or use public inquiry details for third-party advertising.

Access and service providers

Public inquiry records are available only to authorized TechHarbor operators with admin access. We may use infrastructure, hosting, database, security, and email providers to operate the service. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or systems.

Retention

Public inquiry records are reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 12 months. We may retain a record longer when follow-up is active, it becomes part of a client relationship, a legal or security need requires it, or a written service agreement provides another retention period. Email copies and replies may be retained in the business mailbox according to operational and legal needs.

Security and your choices

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
